Shipping Policy

FYI: This is a Handmade Shop most products are "Made To Order"!

We fulfill orders (this only refers to the time we have to make/prepare your item) Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays), most items are ready for shipping within 3 - 5 business days with the exception of adult Minky Blankets that are currently being fulfilled between 7-10 business days, due to the large volume of fabric. Some items will be ready to ship sooner. (Custom orders/requests may take longer).

All orders are hand delivered per the method you chose, either to the Post Office, FEDEX, or UPS in the afternoon of each day.

Please keep in mind that it can be another 3-5 business days before the facility ships the package. (Shipping times have increased during the Global Pandemic and are completely out of our control).

Free Shipping Offer: We offer free Domestic USPS shipping only on orders of $50 or more.

If you need your item sooner, you have the option of purchasing a shipping upgrade at checkout. We offer a few shipping options for our customers! How will I know when my order ships? You will get an email with a shipping confirmation sent to the email provided during checkout. The email will include a tracking number so you can track your items.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes, only through USPS, please be aware that UPS & FEDEX, will not deliver to PO Boxes.

Trisha's Divine Designs (TDD) is not responsible for lost, stolen or re-routed shipments. PLEASE make sure your address is correct on all payment accounts and on our website. Once your order ships, Trisha's Divine Designs is not responsible for package delays or lost packages. Any orders that are returned to us due to the fact that the shipping address was incorrect will incur additional shipping charges TO RESHIP. As with any issue, please contact us as we are always eager to assist and correct an issue where we can.
