Refund Policy

RETURNS, REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES Thank you for choosing our handmade shop for your personalized and customized apparel and accessories needs. We take pride in creating each item with care and attention to detail.

Each item is made-to-order and sometimes based on your specific preferences, sizes and needs, we currently do not accept refunds or exchanges! However, in the rare event that an item is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us within five business days (Monday thru Friday ) of receipt, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

Please note: In the event that you notice an issue with your item, you must send a picture of said damage to customer.service@trishasdivinedesigns.com along with your order# for faster processing, if you are within the 5 business day window and your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at customer.service@trishasdivinedesigns.com. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

All returned items will be fully inspected upon receipt of the item to determine if return will be approved. Item must be unused/unworn/New/not washed or embellished, and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund! Buyer is responsible for any loss in value.) upon final approval, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
